Microsoft surprised us today with a new metro look and feel and the new the ditching of the Hotmail name. Outlook.com is to replace Hotmail.com so as well as the new look and feel you can have a new @outlook.com email address. The new mail has a metro style look and works very well on a range of browsers and devices, you can also link Facebook and Twitter.
So the first thing you need to do is to grab your new @outlook.com account which you can do within outlook.com, I must admit I haven’t used Hotmail for some years but the new outlook.com does look very good.
