Currys / PC Worlds Christmas List Press Released seems to have caused a stir today by reveling a “mystery” product coming from Apple that they expect to make number 4 in 10 top list of tech gifts this coming Christmas.
There is no price or other details but Currys say “a product still to be revealed, but that the tech buyers are predicting will go straight to the top of customers’ wish lists”. There has been speculation that a 7 inch iPad is on the way from Apple so it could be that but it’s all guess work.
Also mentioned on the list is the Kindle Fire which isn’t available in the UK at the moment, there have been rumors of a 2nd gen device launching later this year so maybe that will be making it to the UK market.
One device that is missing from the list is Microsoft’s Surface tablet, which could mean that it won’t be sold through Currys and PC World or that the buyers don’t think its going to be a hit.
