When I get a new phone, tablet or PC one of the first apps I install on it is Evernote. I use it to keep track of all my meetings, projects and documents and I love how all my devices are kept in sync by the service. Today Evernote for iOS has been updated to version 4.2.0 and has a major update to the editor in iOS 5. The standard edition is free and available for Windows Phone, Android, iOS, Mac and PC.
There is also an update for the Android version which just includes bug fixes.
