There are many TV apps for mobile devices where you can stream TV over your data connection but if looks for a solution that doesn’t eat up your data allowance myTV 2GO from Hauppauge looks interesting. The Freeview tuner connects wirelessly to an iOS device, PC or Mac so you can watch Freeview TV on your device. As well as watching TV you can also record TV using their free apps.
The tuner costs £119 and will be available in Q1, it doesn’t look like it supports Freeview HD but you would need a really strong signal to pickup that anyway.
