After a false start easy this morning Apple have released iTune Match to UK users. US users have had it for a couple of months now and here in the UK we can have the service for £21.99 a year. iTunes Match scans your music collection and then give you access to the songs on iTunes or any of your iOS devices, all at 256kbps and DRM free. So all your songs are stored in iCloud and you can access them anywhere.

I am not sure its worth it for me, what do you think? Are you going sign up?

  1. I already use Microsoft’s skydrive for my music collection – 25Gb of free storage of files under 100mb in size – Perfect for music storage and now with the sky drive app for iphone its even easier to access and play my files 🙂
