IdeaCentre Q Series Q180 desktop

There seems to be lots of announcements of set top boxes but for me you still can’t beat a PC connected to your TV.  Lenovo’s latest little PC is smaller than may of the set top boxes we have recently seen, if fact its about the size of of a paper back book and comes with an Intel 2.13 Atom processor, Radeon HD 6450A FPU and 4GB of RAM. For storage it ranges from 128GB SSD up to 750GB traditional drive options and comes with VGA, HDMI, wifi and Bluetooth. It has an interesting keyboard with built in trackpad.

Prices start at $349 with no UK price released yet.

  1. I must say I had to double-take that keyboard. They should really put something else next to the picture to get an idea of scale… Initially it looked… uncomfortable.

Good price with the storage included, but let’s wait to see what the UK price is before opening our wallets. Would prefer an nVidia card, for Linux compatibility.
