Elgato makes of a variety of TV tuners for Mac and PC and they are soon going to be releasing a TV tuner for the iPad 2. The tuner connects to the dock port on the iPad and has a built in aerial, you can can access TV via the EyeTV Mobile app, so there is no need to stream from a PC, as well as watching live TV you can record TV shows. Unfortunately its not Freeview HD compatible but Its a good idea however I find these small tuners with built in aerials sometimes have problems picking up a good TV signal.
The tuner is going to be priced at £99, no release date yet.
