If you want an easy way to edit your Windows Media Center guide data there is a new tool that could be helpful. GuideEditor 2.0.1 enables you to edit the the channel sources, re-order the channels and rename the channels.

With the long weekend, I rewrote the user added channel editor so it now lets you edit all channels in the guide, not just the user-added ones, and also is much easier to use, and hopefully more stable as well.

You can download the application from the forums on the experts.windows.com

    1. The .exe won’t run just by itself. It needs the 2 DLLs that are in the same directory of the archive. So extract the archive to a folder first.

  2. I think, while this looks promising, the author needs to do quite a bit more testing before this is released
