ITV join Channel 4 and the BBC with UK TV apps for the iPad and iPhone. With the app you can watch shows from ITV1, ITV2, ITV3 and ITV over wifi, so you can catch up on your soaps (or even better ITV’s Motor Sport coverage which is aired at strange times during the night). If your on a 3G connection you can browse the content but not watch anything and you can’t download a show for offline viewing.
TV Player on iOS is ITV’s new video catch-up service for mobile and tablet devices. This is the first iOS application that allows you to view ITV programmes on your handset – we hope you enjoy using it and would love to hear your feedback as we enhance the application.
