Another nice new iPhone Media Center remote control application has been developed called NControl that works with Vista Windows 7 and Extenders. The app is free and you can browse pictures, video, recorded shows, tv channels, as well as navigate the Media Center. As with other iPhone remote app it requires a server which is also free.

Download the server from NControl and the app is available in the iPhone app store and also checkout the screen shots on the blog

  1. What happened to ncontrol from the App Store and the authors website? Both have disappeared from the interwebs 🙁 I actually have an old version I had downloaded ages back which I had backed up but it won’t run on iOS 6.

    Anyone know of an alternative?
