  1. This update ran on my computer on 6th – its now 8th and I have had a number of freezes. I get a blue screen and the message Kernal Security Check Failure. I have had no new software or configuration changes except the Windows 10 update to 1607

Any idea what may be causing this. I know I can take the computer back to before the 1607 update but this is supposed to be an improvement.

    1. It will be a driver that has been changed as part of the update. You can switch it back via Device Manager if you know which is causing the problem.
Can you see if you can change the video driver back to an older version?
