For the last couple of months I have been testing Plex’s brand new Windows 10 UWP app and now the app is rolling out. The app replaces the old Windows 8 app and while currently is PC only will be available for Windows 10 Mobile soon.
The app has a new clean, scalable and elegant look and feel, it works well on a small and large screens. Switching between sections is fast and it has animated screen transitions. If you have the old Windows 8 it will be replaced by the new Windows 10 app.
The app is free but there is an in-app purchase of £3.89 to active the service.
