Plex continue to develop their Windows apps with an updated Windows and Windows Phone app. Version 2.1.2.0 removes the beta label from the Windows Phone version (the PC version was already out of beta) and adds music videos so you can watch music videos based on your own music collection (if you have a Plex Pass).
There are also the usual bug fixes and minor improvements to the app
