The Android version of Plex has been updated adding support for Android TV. Google announced the Nexus Player a couple of weeks ago which runs Android TV and would be a great device for using as a Plex client. The app also has bug fixes including layout fixes for Android Lollipop.

This version requires a Plex Pass and a server running v0.9.11.1, the apps is free from the Google Play Store for pass subscribers. The standard paid version costs £2.92 from the Store (this hasn’t been updated yet).
