Skype for Windows Phone

Skype are introducing a new drawing feature for the Windows Phone 8 and Windows 8.1 versions of the Skype app. For the first time on Skype you will be able to create new drawings, annotate pictures or draw out maps and then send them to your contacts. The new feature will be in Skype 2.24 where there is a new drawing option where you can draw new pictures, draw on a photo or draw onBing maps. At the moment the new drawing features are Windows/Windows Phone only, it’s actually nice to see Windows get the new features first for a change!

Other changes to the app include the ability to auto sign-in with a Skype account (previously you could only do that with a Microsoft account). HD screens are now supported and the Windows Phone version app now resumes faster.

You should find the updated app in the Windows Store
