Outcoldplayer the great unofficial Google Play Music app for Windows 8.1 has been updated with bug fixes and support for a large 310×310 live tile. I don’t know why but I really like having the option of a large tile for apps I use frequently and I do use the music app on my Surface a lot. The tile displays now playing information including album art, artist and song name.
The app has come a long way from its first release and is now a great way of accessing your Google Play Music collection include the premium All Access service.
