Apple release iOS 6.1

Yesterday Apple released iOS 6.1 for the iPhone 3GS and up, iPad 2 and up and 4th gen or higher iPod. The update adds support for more LTE carriers, downloading of individual songs from iTunes Match and other improvements and bug fixes. The update is around 70mb and on my 3rd gen iPad took about 5 minutes to install.

This update contains improvements and bug fixes, including:

LTE support for more carriers (complete list of supported carriers at www.apple.com/iphone/LTE/)

Purchase movie tickets through Fandango with Siri (USA only)

iTunes Match subscribers can now download individual songs from iCloud

New button to reset the Advertising Identifier
