A couple of days ago I wrote about the iOS version of Sky Go being updated and it looks like the Android version has been updated too. The Android version gets Sky Anytime+ content just like the iOS version plus it gets the ability to move the app to the SD card and manage your Sky account.

Sky also said that an update due at the end of July will support Ice Cream Sandwich and add support for news devices including the Galaxy Nexus and Samsung Galaxy Note. It would be nice to see that add support for the Nexus 7 tablet soon.

The app is free from Google Play

What’s in this version:

Release 2.0:
– Sky Anytime+ with on demand Movies and Entertainment
– Search the Anytime+ catalogue
– Manage your Sky Account from the app
– Move the app to SD Card
– Bug fixes and improved stability
