Microsoft have announced that the Release Preview of Windows 8 is going to be released in the first week of June. With previous versions of Windows a Release Candidate followed a beta but with Windows 8 Microsoft have opted for a Developer Preview, Consumer Preview and now Release Preview. Microsoft haven’t released any details on what is going to be new in the Release Preview and whether Windows Media Center will be included in this build as it is in the Consumer Preview. We know its not going to be in the standard edition of Windows 8 but it will be part of “economical” Media Pack for Windows 8 Pro only.
