Good news for Roku user, they have updated their iOS remote app and added some nice new features including D pad navigation buttons with shortcut for services like Netflix and improved the discovery setup.
• Added a standard remote control with “D pad” buttons and shortcuts for Netflix, Pandora and Crackle. You can toggle between standard and swipe remotes in app settings. • Improved device discovery in setup for some users. (If you still have trouble finding your Roku player, try turning on/off Wi-Fi on your iOS device.) •Improved loading time of Home (installed channels) tab. • Added shortcut to switch accounts when you select a Roku player that is on your network but isn’t linked to the Roku account to which you signed in.
