tubeCore 2.4 Released

TubeCore is a Windows Media Center addin that is essentially a DVR for for PlayOn and Tversity so you can watch content from sources like Hulu and other DNLA servers in Media Center.

Yesterday TubeCore 2.4 was released with some new features and some fixes.

There is a demo version and the full version costs $7.99

Changes:

  • Added more current Weather information.
  • Fixed Watch Later startup. The Watch Later services was inhibited in certain situations and simply would not start.
  • Fixed tubeCore crash on startup. tubeCore’s startup and initialization was very sensitive to network issues. It is now able to handle common network availability issues.
  • Fixed Media Server detection issues on startup. tubeCore was unable to detect multiple media servers on startup. It now has the ability to detect all of your media servers, so long as there are no other issues unrelated to tubeCore.
