Service Pack 1 for Windows 7 is now available to download from Microsoft. There are no new features in the update but it does roll up a large collection of Windows 7 updates. You can download the update from the Microsoft download site or you can wait for the update to come via Windows Update which should be a smaller and faster download but if you can’t wait head over to Microsoft Download
