Earlier in the year Brian Binnerup released a My Movies for the iPhone, the app allows you to catalogue your movie collection from the online My Movies database or you can use it as a companion to My Movies on your PC. The version released was a lite free version and now the pro paid version has been released

The Pro version adds barcode scanning and costs $4.99, if your a big My Movies users then it could be a useful app for you.

My Movies for iPhone Pro is the fastest, easiest and most impressive way you have ever kept track of your movie collection. Using or high quality movie database of more than 300,000 titles on DVD and Blu-ray, you quickly get access to a large quantity of details of the titles in your movie collection, including movie trailers, high resolution covers and much, much more.

You can use the application as a standalone product by adding titles by barcode, camera scanning, title searches or manual data entry, or use it as a companion to our My Movies software packages for Microsoft Windows, allowing you to keep your movie collection synchronized between clients.

My Movies for iPhone Pro requires you to create a user account, or log on to an existing My Movies account to be able to use the program. Your collection will follow your user account through our online servers, allowing you to switch between different clients without ever losing your data. If you log in to an existing My Movies account, your current collection will automatically be synchronized to your iPhone – users of My Movies for iPhone Light will automatically keep their existing collection.

The application includes an internal database containing all your data, and therefore does not require you to be online to browse through your collection.
