Checkout the Navigator remote from GlideTV, its a palm sized remote that works with Windows Media Center and apps like Boxee. It works via Bluetooth and comes with a USB wireless receiver. The Navigator has a touchpad and a on-screen keyboard, its pretty minimal but I would rather have a more full featured remote or even something like the Vidabox Remote Keyboard but its an interesting design concept.
