Use iPodifier to add Windows Media Center TV Recordings to Your iPod

I came across a useful little application for moving Media Center recorded TV files to an iPod or iPhone called iPodifier. The free app automates transcoding DVR-MS files (and other formats) to MPEG-4 or H264 and then adds them to iTunes and syncs to the device. I haven’t tried it yet but it does look like a nice app for taking Media Center files with you on the go.

There is one big hitch at the moment and that is it will not work with Windows 7’s WTV format but you can convert the Recorded TV files to DVR-MS by right clicking on a file in Windows Explorer and selecting the “Convert to DVR-MS” option.
