When you try to use the Online Media or Internet TV features of Media Center Extender on a Windows Vista-based computer, you may receive the following error message:
Video Error
Files needed to display video are not installed or not working correctly, please restart windows media center or restart the computerThis problem occurs when a network router blocks the network packets that are sent by an online service to deliver media content such as movies or music. Some network routers block some media-based network packets that are sent by some online services. This article helps you fix the problem.

Manual Steps:
Step 1: Update Windows Vista (if required)
Install Service Pack 1 for Windows Vista.

Step 2: Update the Online Media settings for Media Center Extender
