S1Digital offer Windows 7 upgrade program

S1Digital makers of some very nice Media Center systems are offering a free upgrade to Windows 7 for new purchases of their S1Digital Media Centers and servers. The promotion runs from January 19th to March 31st 2009 and involves S1Digital performing a clean install of the system (a good idea to avoid upgrading)

We don’t actually know when Windows 7 will ship and S1Digital say the upgrade will be available some time after Windows 7. The difference from other OEMS including a Windows 7 voucher in the box is that S1Digital have the unit shipped back to them where they will install Windows 7 and make sure all the correct drivers are installed.
