Play to compatible devices

Simon just posted a link to a list of Play To compatible devices ahead of our interview with Microsoft tomorrow,  so If you have questions for Microsoft on Play To then let us know here

Play To, it’s a fantastic feature of Windows 7, one that you may well find you already have devices in your house to support!

Ian and I will be talking to Microsoft tomorrow and putting your Play To questions to them.  Ahead of that though it’s time for a little present… this is not a complete list, but it’s pretty good and kind of exciting when you see the manufacturer names!

You can find quite a few Play To compatible devices here .  All the devices support Play To in that they can receive media (mainly audio) sent over your home network.  Some of the cooler features of Play To, like being able to control playback (Fast forward, rewind, volume etc.) can’t be done with all these devices…but there is hope.  If you have one of these devices it’s time to start bugging the manufacturer to get their firmware updated!
