Really quick post as I wanted to get this information out there. If when you try to set up a home pc to backup to your Windows Home Server you get a message about your Home PC is Unresponsive this can be fixed in most cases by running a disk check on your drives. (Technically Chkdsk/f is best)













Yep.. Chkdsk/f is the way to go, I had the problem about 2 months ago and Chkdsk/f fixed the problem.
From a couple of email’s I’ve had it doesn’t work for everyone but in these cases reinstalling .net 2.0 does seem to fix it
