New utility to create links for DVDLibrary

Remember the guide on how to stream DVDs to Extenders? The guide works well but it is a pain to create the link files necessary for streaming to work. Fortunately a cleaver developer has created a utility to simplify the process and has created an updated guide on getting started with the application.

    When you download the Zip file, there is a word doc you should read first .
    There are some useful tips.
    PS Right now this app will only work on Vista (due to the mklink command)
