This is an old addin now and its not going to be further developed I don't think, but I have found it very useful in my Media Center and still use it today! And it works on my XBOX 360 extender as well.
Web Media allows you to add in your own URL's to online media content. This might be online radio stations or Internet TV stations. You can create your own categories and add those stations in to them. All the configuration is done within the Media Center user interface. I found this application useful for adding radio and IP TV stations from my wife's home country in to Media Center. You can see more about my uses with this addin on this threadon the Green Button.
It is a freeware application but a registration on the website is required.
