Remind Me for MCE

I quite like Remind Me for MCE, it's one of the addin's I've got installed and use. It's simple but it does what it sets out to do, basic calendar notifications within MCE. I find it handy for reminding me to sort out my pool filter every few weeks which was why I installed it. Sure I could have used Outlook but where's the fun in that?

The latest version now seems to support Outlook 2003 and 2007, so I think I will be downloading that version as the one I have been using didn't integrate with Outlook.

I think this freeware application is worth a download if you want simple reminders popping up in MCE on your TV.

Remind Me for MCE does just what the name says. We all now how fast time goes by when watching a movie or listening to music which can cause us to forget to do things. Now you can create reminders in Media Center that will alert you at the time you choose. Of course Remind Me is done in MCML and for the first time I decided to stick with the Vista theme. Reminders can be entered by desktop keyboard or with the remote control using triple tap. You can also view and delete reminders already created. Again this is a MCML program and you must have one of the following operating systems, Microsoft Windows Vista Premium or Microsoft Windows Vista Ultimate. This latest version now supports Outlook 2003 and Outlook 2007.
