So firstly we need to know when you'd like to meet, what kind of times would be the best for you, I think a nice and simple way to do this is to complete this poll, it's shorter than my last one , but feel free to leave comments too.
Well, depends entirely on where we'd meet. I can't travel that far of an evening, but would do a longer trek at the weekend.

I can't travel far in the evenings because I work nights, that is why weekends are better for me. But if it is a weekday, I will try to arrange something
I am traveling from Dublin and would be very willing to attend an event at the weekend.
