Hi,

My 2200 did a weird thing the other day -it lost sight of the Vista PC and I had to re-enter another code to reconnect it!  It then proceeded to re-populate the library.  Is this comon?

Also, I subscribed to Ian's blog and a few others but they do not show up in Big Screen Headlines subscribed feeds of the exptender.  They do appear fine on the PC.  Any answers?

I don't think it's a common problem, but I would be interested to hear if it happened to anyone else

As for the big screen problem, it sounds like a user issue. As the extender gets its own account on the vista machine.

Ian,

The extender just lost sight of the PC again.  This is now the third time that I have had to re-enter a new code and re-connect.

Today my daughter was just watching a DVD and the picture just broke up.  I ended up turing off the extender at the rear - the unit felt HOT!.

When I re-booted the device it provide a new code....

Very weird.  Would like to hear if anyone else is getting these problems.
