    My Experience with MediaRoom

This weekend I went to the Algarve, but it was a cloudy Saturday (and I had a bit of an hangover from Friday nightBeer), so I stayed indoors, playing with MediaRoom and I found something annoying.

I was watching Maid in Manhattan (I know it's a girl's movie, but I think  J. lo is hot, so... ) and I was recording some other movie at the same time, so far so good. In the mean time I had Jericho (i love this, shame on you cbs for cancelling the show) scheduled to record, all of a sudden the screen went black (MediaRoom in Portugal is over adsl2+ and they only let us have 2 channels at the same time, HD or otherwise) with an error message, so to cancel the recording I had to spend like 10 to 15 seconds going through menus and when i got back to maid in Manhattan I lost the buffer (i had like 5 min buffer) and the TV was now live.  So if there's a MediaRoom developer out there, please do it like Media Center does, ask the user if you can change the channel to start recording.

Just my 2 euro cents Stick out tongue
