I read a few xbox 360 message boards and there seems to be some confusion if current model 360s will be able to run IPTV as an update.
Question is with my 360 I bought on launch day, with an Xbox LIVE 360 dashboard update, will I be able to use IPTV, if I'm an AT&T Uverse (IPTV service that AT&T is rolling out in all its markets) or will I have to purchase another 360? There is confusion on this matter due to the fact that a gentleman named Paul Thurrott in his blog states:

Paul Thurrott says that a new version of the Xbox 360 will be coming in
late 2007 and that only the new 360 will have the ability to use IPTV.
Is this in fact true? Are early adopters left out in the cold for IPTV, or can we just simply buy a larger Hard Drive and download an IPTV upgrade patch for our "old" 360's? I've also heard MajorNelson state you could run IPTV on a 360 without a hard drive and just not have PVR functionality with the IPTV.
Could you get someone on your show to discuss IPTV/MediaCenter/Xbox 360 and its new developements announced at CES?
Thanks,
OS Perry
