I'm currently using two of these USB Key style DVB-T tuners with my Vista set-up. Whilst initially I did have some issues with channels not tuning immediately the latest driver update for Vista has proved rock solid and I have not had any issues since. The image quality is excellent. My only concerns are that they run quite hot and that if your USB ports are horizontal (for example on the front of a shuttle box) the shape of the device prevents two being placed next to each other (although they do supply a USB extension lead to get round this issue)
Just don't expect the small aerial supplied to work you will need an external one (at least in the UK)
