i tried the first release of hs, and was unimpressed and felt do i really need this. though my requirements are slowly changing and maybe i could implement one of these into my setup (but i do have a licence for server 2003 + 5 cals for free from work and its a tie between the two)

questions i have:-

1) are people planning on leaving the hs on 24/7 (or using standby / with maybe wol)

2) is anybody considering using this as an email server as we - is this possible (to the extreme - could exchange work on it (it doesnt have active directory?)

i am going to leave mine of 24/7 and the email idea is a good one, but I will not be doing that as I have my needs taken care off on that front. I will be using it for Home Automation
