Secondrun.tv is a great application for watching Hulu and other content in Windows Media Center and this week I am talking to the Yaggs (aka Jason Jaeger) the developer of Secondrun.tv about why he developed the application and his plans for the future.

I also have a round up of the weeks news and email.

Sorry about audio quality of the interview there was a lot of interference on the line but it worth putting up

Good interview. I wish you did transcripts though, because the audio quality is intermittent.

Near the end Yaggs talks about how you can watch multiple series of the A-Team any time you like. I actually think that's one of the things that makes them want to keep Hulu off the TV - if you can watch all of the classic shows any time, then why spend money on DVD box sets? On old TV shows DVD box sets make a great profit because many of the royalties have expired, so giving it away for free or for a few cents advertising money has got to be a questionable decision.
