Embedded Automation have a selection of videos showing off their new mPanel  product. mPanal is a 7" wall mounted touch screen that can control home automation and Media Center system as well as being able to play back music from Media Center on the device, so you can run speakers from the mPanel and use it to distribute audio around the home.

I really like the idea of a wall mounted panel being able to control home automations, work as a remote control for Media Center and distribute music.
